This work was created from a reflection on what it truly means to feel whole. Not as a goal, but as a state of presence. A gentle knowing that wholeness is not found in perfection, but in allowing ourselves to simply be. We often measure ourselves by what is visible or successful, yet we are already whole in our contrasts. We hold beauty and brokenness, peace and uncertainty. These nuances do not weaken us. They make us human. Parts of us remain silent until life calls them forward. They do not return to overwhelm us, but to be understood. What we ignore does not disappear. It waits for recognition.
